THE RONALD
MCDONALD HOUSE
WHO THEY ARE?
• A non-profit organization that helps young families
(or single mothers) who have a child that has some
sort of illness and they are not able to provide and
take care of them. The Ronald McDonald House
offers a place for them to live while their child stays
at the hospital.
WHAT IS THEIR MISSION
• Their mission is to create and support programs that
directly improve the health and well-being of
children and to strengthen families by keeping them
together in times of medical need.
THEIR VISION
• Their vision is to be the recognized community
leader in the provision of quality and innovative
services, facilities and support that positively impact
the health and well being of children and their
families.
WHY THIS ORGANIZATION?
• I chose this organization because I volunteered at
the Ronald McDonald house last semester.
• I worked with Beth White, who is the Volunteer &
Guest Services Manager.

organization.
IMPLEMENTATION
• I don’t think they can do any more than what they
are already doing to make it any better. They host
all kinds of events in the community for everyone to
attend and at those events they receive large
donations from people of the community.
