2.  THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM
 The digestive system has six main parts

3. THE MOUTH
Here the food is broken by the teeth and mixed
with the saliva by the tongue

4.  THE ESOFAGOUS
 Food goes down this tube to the stomach

5.  THE STOMACH
 In the stomach gastric juices make the food
into a thick liquid

6.  THE SMALL INTESTINE
 There is a lot of blood vessels
 Nutrients pass into the blood here

7.  LARGE INTESTINE
 The waste passes through here.
 Water goes into the body and the waste
becomes harder

8.  ANUS
 The waste,called poop,leaves the body here
