I Was the Leader of the SD/MM SAP Modules in Nestle Caribbean Region from 2006 – 2008, were I had the Challenge
to Migrate from AS/400 Legacy Systems to an Integrated Global SAP Solution involving 5 Operating Companies in 4
Different Countries and 4 Globally Managed Businesses. During the Course of the Project I had to continuously interact
with all areas of the different Companies to reach agreements on the solution design and how to minimize impact to the
End Customer during the cutover periods. I had to constantly liaise with Offshore Developers and Programmers during
Testing and Configuration phases, including Data Loading. We Integrated the Project Teams and the commercial Teams
in Each Organization in order to reach agreement on the key decisions critical for the Solution Configuration.
12+ years managing Supply Chain and Operations in Electronic Contract Manufacturing , and 10+ years Managing ERP
projects and Supply Chain Operations in Nestle Caribbean.
5 Years Implementation Experience for Mapics and Macola Software in Westinghouse/Emerson Manufacturing
Operations. 6+ Years Implementing Global SAP solution for Nestle in Caribbean Region
From 2009 - 2012, I was Leading Distribution and Customer Service for Nestlé in Dominican Republic, with
Responsibility for 1 DC and 2 Factory Warehouses, including Import/Export, Customs Brokerage, Transports
Management, and Liaison with Third Party Logistics Operator. My Roleintegrated with theSales/Commercial Team
providing Support for Customer Collaboration Initiatives (IE: Direct Deliveries from factories, Palletization, Customer
Management Inventory, etc.). I worked directly with the Controller and Channel Manager for Wholesalers and
Distributors in order to improve the Relationship with Customers , Managing the Collections Process and Implementing
Credit Control Policies.
From 2013 to 2014, I was Leading Sales and New Business Development for a Packaging and Labels Manufacturer in
Haina Industrial Zone(Multiempaques Dominicana ). They ManufactureIdentification Labels (Paper, Plastic, Shrink
sleeves, etc) and DistributeCaps and Closures (CSI, Alcoa, 28MM, 38MM, 55MM, etc) for Major Water Bottling
Companies (Planeta Azul, Agua Alaska, Crystal, etc) and Food and Beverage manufacturers (Goya, Nestle, Baldom,
Unilever, Sigma Alimentos, etc.). I had The Responsibility to develop the Sales Force (3 Account managers, 1 Telesales
and 1 Marketing Coordinator) and Manage Business Development for MultinationalAccounts (Nestle, Inbev-CND,
Quala, Eaton Corp, etc).
