71. Beispiel: Hof Prädikow (Infos von www.hof-praedikow.de )
In Prädikow, einem kleinen idyllischen Dorf in der Märkischen Schweiz (ca. 1 Std. von Berlins Zentrum
entfernt) liegt ein ebenso schöner wie großer Gutshof (3 ha Hof auf 9 ha Land). Bis zur Wende wurden
hier eine Brennerei, eine Schmiede, Tierställe, Scheunen, Landwirtschaft jeglicher Art und
Wohngebäude aktiv betrieben. Nun wollen wir diesem Hof neues Leben einhauchen und gemeinsam
mit inspirierten und engagierten Menschen einen Ort zum Wohnen und Arbeiten schaffen. Wann?

WIE IST DER STAND?
Im Dezember 2016 erwarb die Stiftung trias den Hof Prädikow und schloss mit der
Mietergenossenschaft Selbstbau e.G. im Januar 2017 einen Erbbaupachtvertrag ab. Wir, eine Gruppe
von mittlerweile 24 Erwachsenen (und 12 Kindern), organisieren seit dem Januar 2017 die vielfältige
Aktivitäten auf dem Hof, sowie die Entwicklung des Standortes. Die erste Bauphase ist für Ende 2017
geplant.
VISION
Der Hof soll ein lebendiger Raum zum Wohnen und Arbeiten werden, generationsübergreifend und
zukunftsweisend. Der Hof ist groß genug für viele Ideen und bietet nicht nur Platz für die zukünftigen
Bewohner/innen, sondern auch für viele Arten von Gewerbe und einen aktiven Austausch mit Dorf und
Region.
Das Projekt verbindet gemeinschaftliches Wohnen und zeitgemäßes Arbeiten auf dem Land. Als
Schnittstelle für traditionelles Handwerk, Kreativwirtschaft und digitales Gewerbe werden vielfältige
Synergien genutzt und innovative Prozesse sowie Produkte für Mobilität, Versorgung, Bildung, Kultur
und Gemeinschaft entwickelt. Ein Reallabor für das Landleben der Zukunft.
*2012 hat sich OuiShare heute zu einem Autorität in den Bereichen kollaborative Praktiken, digitale Kultur und soziale Innovation entwickelt. Es ist gleichzeitig eine neue Form von Organisierung, Netzwerk, Gemeinschaft, Accelerator für Ideen und Projekte hinsichtlich der Entstehung einer kollaborativen Gesellschaft, einer Gesellschaft die beruht auf den Prinzipien: Offenheit, Kollaboration, Vertrauen, Sharing und geteilter Werte

A lot of things happen in OuiShare not because we have strong processes or good managers but because we share a same culture and values that help to make things happen.

First International Konferenz about Collaborative Economy
OuiShare Fest is an interdisciplinary festival that gathers creative leaders, entrepreneurs, movement builders, purpose-driven organizations and communities from across sectors and countries who want to drive systemic and meaningful change.
Though diverse, attendees of OuiShare Fest have many things in common: a willingness to experiment, step out of their comfort zone, collaborate and connect with other humans in a profound way.
Wie hat sich das Objekt der kollaborativen Ökonomie nun entwickelt/ausgebreitet – sowohl im Bezug auf die Gegenstände, als auch Bereich und die Zeit.
Bezüglich der Frage was wir teilen lassen sich vier Phasen unterschieden: Phase 1 Wir verbinden uns um Informationen zu teilen. Phase 2 Wir verbinden uns untereinander um soziale Netzwerke zu bilden. Phase 3 Wir verbinden uns um digitale Güter zu teilenPhase 4 Wir verbinden uns um reale Güter zu teilen und zugänglich zu machen. Kurzum: Sharing und gemeinschaftliche Nutzung erreicht neue Dimensionen Zum einen durch neue Technologien, zum anderen durch neue Erfahrungen und Bedürfnisse.
Bezüglich der Bereiche wo geteilt und kollaboriert wird lassen sich auch wieder vier unterscheiden. Diese überlappen und verstärken sich gegenseitig. Am bekanntesten und weitesten verbreitet ist das Feld des kollaborativen Konsums, meist auch bekannt unter dem Begriff Share- oder Sharing Economy.Weniger bekannt, aber vielleicht in Zukunft noch disruptiver für den Status Quo sind die Felder der kollaborativen Produktion und der kollaborativen Finanzierung.In einem vierten Bereich, der unter Begriffen wie Offenheit oder kollaboratives Wissen oder Lernen bekannt ist, werden Konzepte wie open software, open hardward, open knowledge, open government and governance zusammengefasst. Aspekte dieses Bereichs der Offenheit spielen für alle drei vorangehende Bereich auch eine wichtige Rolle.

Éco2Fest is an innovation camp to prototype a zero-waste society, taking place in Montreal from August 9th to 14th.
This 1-week accelerator is intended for existing BtoC, prototypeable projects with a positive environmental impact. With the help of experts, the opportunity to interact with thousands of citizens, and rapid prototyping, 5 entrepreneurs will see several key areas of their initiative accelerated: business, marketing, and production.
From Monday to Friday, come discover and help 5 ecological entrepreneurs, whose projects will be accelerated during the Eco2Fest. You’ll be able also to attend our citizen collaborative design workshops and conferences each afternoon.
During the Ecosphere week-end festival, an exhibition will be organized at the same place with each accelerated project. Everyone will be able to watch the fabrication process and see the prototypes.
Eco2Fest takes place during the World Social Forum and the Ecosphere Festival in Montreal.

Sharitoriesis a global project with a very practical scope: to create a Collaborative Territories Toolkit for local policy-makers around the world who wish to implement collaborative or sharing initiatives in their local areas and help them thrive.
The kit will be mainly composed of easy to use knowledge tools such as canvases, booklets and methodologies that local policy-makers and communities can use to understand better the challenges and opportunities of the collaborative economy, design solution and adopt collaborative strategy-making.
All the components will be open sourced according to CC-BY-SA creative commons license, to encourage adoption.
The Collaborative Territories Toolkit
The toolkit will be based on contributions and best practices from across the globe, collected from thought leaders and practitioners who work to speed up the transition towards a collaborative society.
This initiative was born thanks to the support of project's main founding partner, italian Forum PA
The first draft of the Collaborative Territories Toolkit will be presented and elaborated during a workshop organised during the Smart City Exhibition in Bologna, held between 22-24 October 2014, a conference organised by Forum PA and other partners.

The educational programs are developed specifically for each group taking into account their background, needs and circle of influence in order to deliver the most value. Within only three years, our portfolio already covers a broad spectrum: While there are shorter courses to give an overview of what the Collaborative Economy is all about, we developed programs with a duration up to 50h to deep-dive into the topic and transfer profound knowledge.

What we love doing.
Often, access to innovative solutions is limited to a small group of people e.g. classes in universities, workshops for executives in enterprises or trainings for public employees. Furthermore its often implemented by institutions competing with each other for the little money spent on education.
Studies found that true transformation in organisations, businesses and societies (and we think that this exactly is what´s needed now) happened as soon as people from all walks of life advocated for the same issue.
OuiShare develops and conducts (educational/learning) programs and open materials tailored to a diversity of people and their backgrounds to help on their learning journey around the collaborative economy. The programs make the collaborative economy and its potential for a future proof society comprehensible.
While addressing various stakeholders through tailored courses and free open materials, to reach our goal, we collaborate with other educational entities and also work with institutions like e.g community colleges or youth facilites. To fuel the change needed, we also work with multiplicators who after the “Train the Trainers” - program are able to transfer the skills and knowledge to others.

General Overview of OuiShare Financials
For the first two years, our organization was almost solely funded through volunteer work as well as non-monetary contributions and sponsorships from a handful of collaborative economy startups. Therefore OuiShare's financial reporting in this document is being started with the year 2013.
Funding sources
As we have grown, we have drawn from a variety of sources of funding that enable us to cover the costs of our operational and strategic activities:
Sponsorships and ticket sales (mostly for events)
Public grants and subsidies
Global Partners, who are forward-looking organizations that support OuiShare on an annual basis
Donations from individuals
As our flagship project, our OuiShare Fest as well as large projects like POC21 and the sponsorships they have been financed with, represent the most significant part of our budget today. They also subsidize many of our operational activities such as accounting and communications. Therefore it is our aim to diminish our dependency on these projects over time by increasing our financing from member donations and grants.
Since projects are managed in a financially autonomous way, but can receive ignition funding from the global budget to get started. If profitable, projects can also help cover the overall organizational costs, as for instance OuiShare Fest.
OuiShare & Collaborative Funding
OuiShare has been experimenting with collaborative funding since 2016.
How does Cobudget it work?
Cobudget is a simple tool based on the concepts of "buckets", which represent budget lines or mini-projects. The tools makes it easy for groups to crowdsource ideas for buckets and then fund them together.

In 2016, OuiShare's financial management went through a structural transformation, because the network now consists of 5 non-profits (France, Spain, Germany, Quebec, UK) of which OuiShare France, Spain and Quebec have growing budgets.
Therefore, in accordance with OuiShare's governance principle of Autonomy of Communities and Projects, OuiShare no longer has one unified financial management and budget planning. Each local OuiShare entity manages its finances independently and contributes to one collective funding pot to finance operations and infrastructure that all communities share, regardless of location. These activities can be described as the "global OuiShare commons", which primarily concern our work in producing and curating critical and cutting-edge content, as well as running basic operations of the OuiShare network.

The overall budget of OuiShare Fest in Paris has been between 150 000 € (in 2013) and 500 000 €, including the personnel costs.
It must be noted that for the organization of the first edition in 2013, the team consisted of volunteers only and the professional part of the event was only 2 days.
Since it has been our top priority to be able to pay team members an adequate wage for their work, this is the main reason why the budget has increased every year.

OuiShare Fest is an interdisciplinary festival that gathers creative leaders, entrepreneurs, movement builders, purpose-driven organizations and communities from across sectors and countries who want to drive systemic and meaningful change.
Though diverse, attendees of OuiShare Fest have many things in common: a willingness to experiment, step out of their comfort zone, collaborate and connect with other humans in a profound way.
