Mission Rabies aims to help establish the India National Rabies Network, expand surgical training nationally, and assist vaccinating 2 million dogs in 3 years. It will launch with vaccinating 50,000 dogs in 30 days through 2 central hubs and 8 checkpoints. The goal is for Indian-led international teams to help assess and improve rabies control efforts through establishing a network, expanding training, and objectively measuring the benefits of vaccinating dogs.
