Dominic D’Agostino has served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Molecular Pharmacology and Physiology at the University of South Florida (USF) since 2008, and previously completed a postdoctoral fellowship in the Department. The Department focuses on interdisciplinary approaches to the treatment of neurological and cardiovascular disorders. Dominic D’Agostino’s research concentrates on nutritional and metabolic therapies for epilepsy, Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), oxygen toxicity in the central nervous system (CNS), and other conditions affecting neurological function.
