Donna is the author of "The Celebrity Experience: Insider Secrets to Delivering Red-Carpet Customer Service" published by Wiley. Red-Carpet Learning Systems is based in Asheville, NC where Donna lives with her husband Jim and their Maltese dog Snowball.
