3. The term Fine Dining brings to mind all kinds of
images, from crisp white table cloths to waiters in
tuxedos. Fine dining, just as the name suggests, offers
patrons the finest in food, service and atmosphere. To
dine in such an environment it requires a set of
etiquettes to be followed. The purpose of these etiquettes
is to make others feel at ease and to build rapport.

restaurants to impart the art of eating

trainer who will advise you on the Do’s and Don’ts of fine
dining

Sujith a graduate in hotel management from Bangalore
University speaks fluent German and boasts of nearly 18 years
in the hospitality industry. His career kick started with a stint
at one of the most exclusive Restaurant’s of Europe - Hotel
Residence (Gourmet Restaurant) Essen-Kettwig, Germany
He has had the opportunity to provide his expertise as a
turnkey consultant on various hotel projects, right from
conceptualizing the theme for the property, classification of the
hotel, organizing the departments, analyzing the manpower
requirements, recruiting and operational management. Sujith is
a Wine pairer and has had the credit of successfully combining
European wines with Indian cuisine at an event conceptualized
and organized by him at Berlin, Germany
Sujith’s zeal to apply and expand his knowledge base has
landed him opportunities to organize food festivals for public
and private occasions, both in India and abroad and conduct
classes on Fine Dining for corporate, private groups and
