As the human has evolved the jaws have become smaller with rarely enough room for all 32 teeth. . The palate has been become narrow and vaulted . The constriction is often associated with crowding and crooked teeth. Lowere jaws are often retruded or retrognathic. To make matters worse Dentists have been pushing jaws back for the past 80 years.
The ideal upper jaw or maxilla is rarely seen today . Most of us are mouth breathers with the high allergy prevalence. More often we see crowding and constriction which further congests nasal breathing.
