presentation title Our vision is to become a trusted intermediary providing customers with simple and secure access to multiple applications from Orange or selected partners, from a “Business Application Store.” I will give you more details later about the “applications store” we can provide today. We are starting the path towards this store by building a complete portfolio of services including infrastructure, security and applications such as collaboration and unified communications. We want to combine our network expertise with our IT/cloud solutions to deliver the security and performance our customers need for their critical applications, and we will provide end-to-end SLAs.
presentation title presentation title As a service provider, we have always set up powerful partnerships with the leaders on each market. We are doing exactly the same in cloud computing. We are deploying a partnership strategy along 3 complementary directions: we are partnering with leading technology providers to develop our own offers we are also setting up strong commercial partnerships to address our customers worldwide: our Flexible 4 Business alliance with Cisco, EMC and VMware is one of them. we also announced a very strong partnership with SITA in June 2011 to deploy a joint cloud-ready infrastructure based on 6 data centers worldwide of the latest generation. The objective will be to deliver our respective cloud solutions from this infrastructure with the highest level of security and performance. Data centers are actually a very strong component of our cloud strategy so let me show you what we are deploying, especially in your region.

presentation title Today, we have over 30 data centers at our disposal worldwide across the FT-Orange group. Thanks to this partnership with SITA, we will have an additional 6 data centers, fully cloud-ready, by the end of 2012, 3 of which will be deployed in Asia Pacific. The one in Singapore will open during the first quarter of 2012. We are also pursuing a partnership strategy to expand our data center footprint worldwide/ For example, we have signed a partnership with NTTC that gives us immediate access to 10 of their DCs in APAC. Additional notes our datacenter strategy : a combination of upgrades and partnerships we will continue to maintain a consolidated infrastructure that provides the best ratio between performance and costs build a future-proof infrastructure that will support future growth Through building a latest generation data center in France using the most efficient energy-saving technologies. This data center will achieve a max PUE of 1.3 an international high performance managed cloud computing infrastructure with SITA in 6 data centers, including one in Singapore due to open in the first quarter of 2012 and 2 others later in 2012 partnerships with data center facilities providers such as NTTC. We have already signed an agreement with NTTC that gives us immediate access to 10 of their DCs in APAC. - - - - - - - Details on our Current agreement with NTTC: Reciprocal networking access to 10 DCs in APA Potential extension to others in EMEA, NAM

presentation title This customer is a confederation of companies in the luxury retail market. Executive managers wanted to achieve greater synergies across the group—this project was driven by business owners—and to be able to bring new capabilities to everyone, not just in pockets here and there We built for them a private application store: 1. Web 2.0 portal 100% integrated with the company’s IT, configurable by each user to include the preferred services and displaying, e.g., today’s meeting, presence of colleagues 2. Catalog of services , created specifically for this customer, including messaging & archiving as core services for each user; additional services available on a pay per use baseis and even applications that the customer may choose to host on local servers: the portal makes it all seamless for the end user -company is able to bill business units and subsidiaries based on the usage of their employees IS THAT CORRECT? Dedicated support team within our Cairo major service center; 4 user profiles defined with 4 SLAs access internet/intranet; web only or rich client; from mobiles, Blackberries, etc. dual site architecture with data centers in Paris and Singapore, each with 30 TB data storage & redundant local infrastructure. Our key partners for delivering this service are Cisco, IBM, EMC and Microsoft; also contributing are Exalead, Mandarine Business School for the end user training; our IT&Labs subsidiary was key to development of the portal Still early in the deployment of the application store, but for the business owners who drove this project, they already see benefits from having common tools available to employees across the entire group and we are actively replicating this approach for other large customers.
presentation title presentation title Business Together as a Service is a unified communications solution based on a shared platform hosted in Orange data centers. this is one of the first products that we will deploy in our cloud-ready data centers. The Orange labs IT department has decided to be one of the first 3 testers of Business Together as a Service because it needed to refresh the labs telephony service but has very limited CAPEX and did not want to have to change their existing IP phones. From their point of view, the experimentation is a real success: they have been able to move to a new solution without service disruption. The cloud model makes it possible to upgrade and implement new users seamlessly. They have completely achieved their CAPEX objective as they were able to implement without changing their existing IP phones. They also greatly appreciate the cost granularity provided by the per-user pricing: it makes it easier for them to plan user migration and corresponding phone investments in the future. And it also enables them to start charging their internal users when they decide to do so.
