6. 1. Placed the CYLINDRICAL PRODUCT will be
welded manually into the HOLDER
2. Press ON Button in the Control Unit to run
the system
3. LEFT CLAMP and RIGHT CLAMP (Side
Clamp Unit) will move to the HOLDER to
Clamp the CYLINDRICAL PRODUCT
4. Then after side clamping finish, PUSHER
CYLINDER will push PUSHER exactly in
front of the HOLDER
5. After PUSHER CYLINDER moves to the
limit, PUSHER will clamp front part of
CYLINDRICAL PRODUCT
7. 6. After that TORCH (Welding Unit) moves down
(pushed by TORCH CYLINDER) and welding
process is running simultaneosly the TORCH
moves to the front
7. Then after TORCH moves to the limit, TORCH
moves up (Pulled by TORCH CYLINDER). After
that TORCH will move back again to the home
position.
8. Then LEFT CLAMP and RIGHT CLAMP (Side
Clamping Unit) moves back to the home
position.
9. PUSHER moves back after LEFT CLAMP and
RIGHT CLAMP touches home position
8. 10. PUSHER CYLINDER
moves back too
after PUSHER
arrives in home
position.
11. Then take the
CYLINDRICAL
PRODUCT has been
welded manually.
12. The Process has
been finish already
