2. I am currently a bartender at Kona Grill
located in Tampa, FL. My goal with this
company is to land a management job in the
corporate office. Sales at Kona Grill are
consistent but I think if some things were
implemented then the sky would be the limit.
3. Business in consistent on the weekdays for lunch
and at night for the happy hour that is implemented
all ready. My proposal is to build business on the
weekends with having events hosted by a live DJ or a
live band. My goal is to make Kona Grill the place
that people will want to spend their weekends. With
the hosting done by band and DJs, I want to have
karaoke contest, games such as corn hole
tournaments, and also some other kind of contest.
Also want to have the best drink specials in the
Tampa Bay area beating all the competitors. The
issue that will be on hand will be, do we sacrifice the
little business we do have to make the place more of
a party environment?
4. Person to intrigue: General Manager
Concerns: Business is struggling on the weekends, something needs to
be done to build business. If we make the place more of a place to
party, we will be sacrificing some of the business that we already
exist, so will it be worth it?
Feelings: Is ok with the proposal as long as the marketing and
communications if delivered carefully on a slim budget.
Proposal benefit: More business on weekends. More money for
employees and a place to go for the customers.
Audience needs: To be able to know that spending money on advertising
will get people to come in on the weekends.
