Debbie has been in the real estate industry for 34 years. In 2004, she and her family moved to Sarasota so they could work and play in paradise. Frustrated with the level of training at 2 separate real estate agencies, she opened her own brokerage in 2010. It was the bottom of the market and her client base was foreign investors.
In 2012, she was offered the opportunity to be the CEO of Keller Williams Realty in Englewood, Fl. She leaped at the chance to align with the largest real estate company rated #1 in training across all industries. She grew the company from 45 agents to 110 agents and increased profits 525%.
Fast forward a couple years, as an empty-nester, Debbie’s focus changed...
