Business Policies is a cool feature on eBay which makes it really easy for sellers to manage settings for Payments, Postage and Returns. Instead of creating settings fresh for each listing, simply create the policies you want, and then apply the relevant policies as you create new listing. Need to make a change? Easy. Just change the policy, and instantly all the listings using that policy will be updated.
8. Organising Business Policies
When Business Policies are activated on your account for the first time,
individual policies will be created by eBay for each variation within your
existing listings. It is worth spending some time organising them into a
more manageable number.
10. Excluding postage locations
Business Policies allows you to conveniently exclude PO Boxes and
delivery to locations both outside and within Australia.
IMPORTANT NOTE
If you do not exclude locations you do not intend to deliver to,
eBay cannot prevent buyers in those locations buying from you,
and any transaction defects you receive from those buyers will
not qualify for removal.

13. Using Business Policies
Now that you’ve created your Business Policies, every time you create
a new listing, simply select the Business Policies that you want to
apply. Easy!
