Direct Credit)
• Can be obtained directly
U ser through a sponsoring bank
• Alternatively a Facilities
Managed (FM) SUN can be
Number applied for through a BACS
approved Bureau

3. More Information:
• A SUN is “connected” to an individual bank account held at the
Sponsoring Bank
• All Direct Debits/Direct Credits transactions associated with the
SUN are processed through that bank account
• Direct Debit Indemnity Claims are withdrawn from that bank
account automatically

Managed (FM) SUN when your bank cannot
offer a SUN at this time
