Nestled among the steep rock walls of the Tumwater Canyon,
WunderHaus will be a year-round, family friendly Alpine destination
featuring unique accommodations, bavarian style beer garden with
seasonal food truck park and other pop-up special events.
Visitors can bring their own RV and
settle in to one of the three prime
back-in spaces near the front of the
complex. Or they can leave their RV
at home and rent a fully stocked
unit to have setup in their space

Adventurous visitors may enjoy
spending their weekend in one of
the mountainside Yurts located on
the top-side of the complex. The
Yurts will have power and be kept
warm by wood-burning fireplaces.
Hillside Yurt Glamping
Family reunions, wedding parties
and company retreats are only a few
of the special events that will be
hosted within the complex.
Partnerships with local providers
will drive special events on premise

Thirsty travelers (and LAP visitors)

There will be three back-in sites in this area. At a minimum one
site will be needed during peak season beer garden and food
truck events. The power pillars will be located at the fence line.
RV Park Site
It is estimated that there will be room for three or more Yurts
located in the hillside area behind the existing structures. This
area will require dedicated parking and paths to facilities.
Yurt Camping Sites
The existing garage and apartment will be converted to a bar,
open air seating, office and storage area. Food truck parking will
be along the fence line allowing access to power and water.
Biergarten & Food Truck Park
Several areas of the complex will be reserved for parking. Areas
include a section near the Yurt sites, Beer Garden and near the
street access point.

be installed to accommodate the site plans

ownership of their specific site - (3) RV and (3) Yurt sites available, which will
allow co-owners full control of their site – choosing when to stay in their site,
allow others to use the site or assign the lot to the Village’s rental pool.

Hillside Yurt Glamping Family reunions, wedding parties and company retreats are only a few of the special events that will be hosted within the complex.
