AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF DR. HENRY AKPOJUBARO EFEGBERE
Dr. Henry Akpojubaro Efegbere, MPH , PGD Management, PGD Statistics, MBBS, FMCPH,
FIILME, FIISET, MCILRM, AMNIM, AFCPN, is currently a multi-specialized Consultant and Lecturer
with several facilities (health & non-health related or/and for-profit & not-for-profit related) and
Founder/Chairman, Cashville Group and Partners (an international Conglomerate comprised of at least
twenty one firms, inter-dependent in vision and mission statements and activities ) with international
headquarters at Nnewi, Anambra State, Nigeria. Until May 2015 he worked as Resident medical doctor,
Department of Community Medicine, Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital, Nnewi, Anambra
State, Nigeria and qualified as a Fellow of The Medical College of Public Health (FMCPH) of the
National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria, Lagos State. Between 2005 and 2015 he had
acquired several post-basic academic and professional certifications. He is also Fellow/member of the
following institutes: Leadership, Management and Sustainability of Programmes of the Management
Sciences for Health (LMS/MSH), International Institute of Leadership, Management and Economics
(IILME) and International Institute of Science, Education and Technology (IISET); C hartered
Institute of Loan and Risk Management (CILRM); Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and
Computer Professionals [Registration Council of] Nigeria(CPN).
Dr. Efegbere has accumulated a considerable Public Health, Leadership, Management, Statistics and
Economics experience at various levels in Developing Countries.
Between 1994 and 2002 while he was a student at Department of Medicine and Surgery, University of
Nigeria Nsukka, Enugu State, Nigeria he devoted his extra-curricular time to activities that ranged from
as Pastor (General Coordinator) of Deeper Life Campus Fellowship(2000-2001); Social/Spiritual works
services to different members of staff and students (of different departments) of that University
including one-on-one preaching in the office to the then Dean, College of Medicine, the popular
Cardiothoracic Surgeon Professor M.A.C. Aghaji (1999), and thereafter, the later recommended him for
membership of British Council Library, Enugu State to conduct his research on Intelligence and How to
write a book-this exposure was his first on international linkage enquiry . His first formal field
experience in Public Health was a multi-donor supported Forum themed “ Career and Spiritual
Development ”(1998) and hosted in his home town, Owhase, Udu Local Government Area, Delta State
with participants drawn from adolescents and youths of Primary and Secondary schools (public and
private) in that Local Government Area. A major event of that Forum that assured him of God’s

Apostolic call on him was when the dark cloud ready to rain cats and dogs suddenly gave way to
unusual brightness- this was a spectacular view to behold as every participant was running for shelter-
after he cried to God to prove his ordination as an Apostle by calling off the “rain”. Born June 24, 1974
as the first son of King/Chief Clifford H. O. Efegbere (and late Mrs Doris E. Efegbere nee Doris Cousin
of Ovwian Community ,Udu Local Government Area) of Owhase Community, in a polygamous family
setting, he developed his entrepreneurial skills by rearing poultry and starting a “school” christened
Dynamic Intellect Revival Lesson ,after several years of teaching and headship in Twinkle Star Primary
and Secondary Schools immediately post-SSCE examination and while he was an undergraduate.
Armed with the personal philosophy of international creativity ( through unconventional multi-tasking
models) and mentoring,Dr. Efegbere has from the scratch through inter-personal/-professional team
building and networking built several firms, recognized by different local and international
organizations/agencies such as the Ministries, Departments and Agencies of the Federal Government of
Nigeria, Nigerian Network of Non-Governmental Organizations(NNNGOs) and United Nations(UN)
,including (and still counting) Doctor projects Ltd; Global Community Health Foundation ; Journal of
Global Community Practices Ltd; Cashville Multi-purpose Cooperative Society International Ltd;

Most of these firms are operating at different levels of community penetration, services and successes
globally.
Corporatization of Global Community Health Foundation –the mother of Cashville Group and Partners-
was introduced to him by Dr. Nasiru Sani-Gwarzo, mni (a multi-director role appointee of the Federal

Ministry of Health, Abuja, Nigeria) that inspired the incorporation of the later Foundation after his visit
to Dr. Gwarzo, mni in his hotel room at National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies(NIPSS), Kuru,
Jos, Nigeria in 2004. Dr. Gwarzo who processed and handed a pass badge to him to attend his first
international conference on AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria in May 2006 organized by African Union
is currently his foremost mentor globally. It was in that conference he met Dr. Ifeoma Fagbemi who
later recommended him to Professor Michael C. Asuzu-the later became a destiny helper in his
residency placement in Community Medicine department, NAUTH in 2007, thus he resigned his
medical officer job with Ministry of Health, Bauchi State (2004-2007) and relocated to Nnewi for his
residency training.
Dr. Efegbere is widely travelled and has several multi-professional publications, in local and
international journals, to his credit. He is a recipient of several Merit awards including Best Graduating
Student ( with 9 Alphas in first sitting of Senior Secondary Certificate Examination-May/June 1993)
,Assistant Head-boy, President of Drug Free Club, and overall consistency in always holding to the First
Position in all class from Junior[JSS1-3] to Senior[SSS1-3] Secondary School, Delta Careers College,
Warri, Delta State, Nigeria (set 1988-93). Following his entrepreneurial courage and achievements he
has been appointed to serve on different boards including as a Mentor at Cherie Blair Foundation for
Women, London, UK.
At the moment, he is pioneering his pet project Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital
(NAUTH) Research and Publication Group as the Secretary with Dr. Evaristus E.A. Afiadigwe as the
Chairperson (Chairman, Medical Advisory Committee of NAUTH) and Professor Anthony O. Igwegbe
as the Patron (Chief Medical Director, NAUTH). This project is currently replicated in health facilities
(public and private) in Developing Countries, following entries of Memorandum of Understanding with
staff/ management of such facilities. To his credit , he through his Cashville Group and Partners
registered members and partners/associates and employed members of staff are implementing an
hybridized model ,International Research Network and School of Health Management and Economics(
published by Journal of Economics and Sustainable Development, USA as a paper titled “Evaluation of
Econo-Synergistic Model of International Research Network and School of Health System Management
and Economics in South-Eastern Nigeria”), to address the revenue-deficit gap due to incessant challenge
of inadequate government funding of public health facilities currently bedeviling almost all health
facilities in Developing Countries, notwithstanding that the dissertation he defended to qualify as a

Fellow of the Medical College of Public Health of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria
was a quasi-experimental study titled “Effect of Training on Team Building on the Knowledge and
Attitude of Healthcare workers in two federal tertiary health facilities in Southern Nigeria” –aimed at
addressing the perennial inter-professional conflicts bedeviling the multi-professional health system of
Nigeria. The later hybridized model being implimented in Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching
Hospital, Nnewi, Anambra State, Nigeria is being patented and commercialized as franchisee product to
willing-to-partner firms for implementation globally.
To his unquenchable passion to contribute his quota to improvement of the health system globally,
especially Developing Countries, his first professional book titled “Operations Research in Health and
Disease Control Programmes, Volume 1” is being published in the USA. The book is targeted at
academics (students and lecturers), governmental and non-governmental organizations, health and allied
healthcare workers , researchers and programme designers, implementers and evaluaters.
Also, he has initiated the “Health-o-preneurship !!! Lecture Series” in partnership with the Nigerian
Network of Non-Governmental Organizations as an international platform for healthcare workers to be
educated on how they can stop depending on governmental salaries and allowances in order to create
multiple strings of income. Similarly, he floated “Xtra-preneurship !!! Lecture Series” –for workers of
all non-health facilities, globally- in partnership with Ministries, Departments and Agencies of different
countries, including Nigeria. He believes these Lecture Series will ultimately inspire workers (students
inclusive) to build their enterprises as public private partnership models to reduce the “unemployability
index” of the Nigeria, nay Developing Countries, space(s).
As an Apostle of the Grace of God to serve humanity , anointed by an angel of God (unseen personality)
who dropped “anointing oil” on his head on December 24, 1994 at about 9:30pm ,while in an effort to
connect from Mac Kiver Road to Agbasa Street to link up his late mother’s home located at “Mama Igbe
Compound”, Enamejuwa Street,Warri, walking briskly in fear because of the dark night (and no
electricity lighting) under a tree bearing the gigantic used-wheel of a trailer utilized by The Caveginia
Primary School, Warri ,Delta State, Nigeria, as bell for clarion call to all pupils of the School to either
announce assembly , break or closing time for each day . The human hand anointing oil contact of
Evangelist James Omogoisibo (Founder, Jesus Deliverance Prayer Ministry, headquartered then at
Nelson William Street, off Mc Kiver Road, Warri, Delta State, Nigeria ) he deliberately avoided by
stealthily walking away ( because he was attending a Pentecostal church on campus that does not use

anointing oil in their Worship-Deeper Life Bible Church) that night after he received the Holy Ghost
baptism caught up with him on his way to home of his mother to notify her of urgent traveling plan to
his first tertiary Alma Mata (University of Nigeria Nsukka) to resume studies in Medicine and Surgery
.On reaching his father’s personal storey building home, No 19 Aritesoma Street, (behind Olumu Street),
Warri he touched his hand to the oil to show his friend, then living with them, Mr. Amos Egbofurere,
the evidence and narrated the story behind it. Over the night, the essence of that anointing to serve
humanity became clearer to him as he got dreams and visions of being called to highest service as an
international servant of God to preach, teach, prophecy, lead to salvation, healing, deliverance, build
churches , raise and mentor other fellow servants (Sons and Daughters) of God. In fulfillment of that
Apostolic call, he is the Founder /President of The Brethren Centre International Ministry. A Ministry
targeted at all human beings ( with branches in Nigeria nation-wide and worldwide) with aim of
educating them to be self-dependent (and inexcusable ) while trusting God through Jesus Christ of
Nazareth and The Holy Spirit in working out their own prosperity-physically and spiritually. Upholding
the motto of his Ministry “ Work out your own prosperity in Jesus Christ” he took to the cleaners a cabal
represented by his senior colleagues in Community Medicine department, NAUTH who deceptively
through false allegations manipulated Professor Michael C. Asuzu (who assisted him to get his
residency placement in collaboration with Professor Amobi L. Ilika) to influence withholding release of
his Community Health faculty Part 1 examination result of West Africa College of Physicians(WACP)
in October 2009,as Professor Asuzu informed him that seven of his colleagues (including his then HOD)
called for that action and the allegations were based on refusing this cabal elements from reaping where
they did not sow in his founded Global Community Health Foundation-which is recognized by the Civil
Society Organisation of the United Nations. Taking his destiny in his hand, Dr. Efegbere in a retaliatory
bid to prove his innocence brought Professor Asuzu to book in his first attempt of the Public Health
faculty part 1 examination of National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria, NPMCN in November
2009 as he penciled down dark sides of the Professor in his leadership styles as related to his withheld
examination result. Finally, the matter was settled by intervention of Professors Osibogun and Onajole
(Chairman and Secretary, Public Health faculty board of NPMCN as at then), nevertheless that “hatred”
is handed down historically from one HOD to the other as at today-Dr. Efegbere is a topic most
residents and consultants don’t prefer to relate with in that department because of the brainwashing .
Contrarily, Dr. Efegbere is a household name for those that love hard earned integrity and corporate
credibility in NAUTH especially beloved by members of the management of NAUTH – as a prophet has

no respect among his people at home(department). He is happily married to Mrs Kate Ebruke Efegbere
and blessed with children.
Dr. Efegbere came, saw, sees and is conquering to fulfill destiny holistically.
