I help you to create workplaces and campaigns that bring out the best in us, by leading with purpose and values. Working at the level of values helps us to engage with each other more constructively on social and environmental issues. I help to 'make visible the invisible', the values and frames that underpin how we think about any issue, and to shift these values and frames.
What I bring to the table is:
- 18 years experience in the public, private, research and NGO sectors in Australia, the UK and Europe
- a keen awareness of communication and engagement drivers, including framing and values that underpin how we approach societal issues
- qualitative research skills coupled with a pas.
