This is the production schedule we will use to create the two radio adverts for
Ringwood School & Sixth Form. Itgives details of times, location, equipment,
props and people.
Date(s): May - June 2018
Title: Ringwood School Open Evening
promotion, Ringwood Sixth Form
Open Evening promotion.
Location Of Shoot: Ringwood School and Sixth Form.
(Parking available onsite).
Description: A 30 second radio advertfor each
institution advertising to sign up to
the open evenings online.
The Ringwood School& Sixth Open Evening campaign is a radio projectaimed
at the local parents and students who will be making the choice on whereto
attend in the next academic year. We are launching the Open Evening
promotion on local radio Heart FM and Wave105 to market the school as the
best in the area. The production process will resultin two radio adverts of a
maximum 30 seconds each.
THE AIM: To get people to sign up for the open evenings online.
SAFETY
An indoor shootso weather will only need to be taken into account in terms
of transport. Contributors willbe offered food and water and regular breaks
so as not to overwork them.

voiceover in the Sixth
Form advert.

catch up with the team.
Stay in the Conference

Walk through the main
block and into the art
block on the other side.

right at the far end of
the corridor opposite
the photocopier.
01:35pm-02:00pm Sportrecording (Lower
School) on the netball
courts.
Leave art and go back to
the ConferenceCentre.
Walk towards the
science block and onto
the fenced off courts.
02:00pm-02:30pm Library recording
(Lower School) in the
library.
Leave the courts and
returns to the
Conference Centre. Go
left at the Sixth Form
block and enter the
library doors on the left.
02:30pm-02:45pm Break with
refreshments in the
Conference Centre.
Leave the library and
return towards the
Conference Centre.
02:50pm-03:30pm Common Room
recording (Sixth Form)
in the Common room
Café.
Go into the Sixth Form
block and follow the
corridor into the Cafe.
03:30pm-04:00pm Final meeting in the
Conference Centre and
staggered exit of the
carpark.
Return to the
Conference Centre and
leave through the car
park marked exit once
you have your
belongings and have
signed out.
