INDIAN DENTIST ASSOCIATION has made arrangements with “Elite Medical Discount Cards” to
provide free membership of their cards for you and your family member in India for a period of three
months from your date of enrollment. The free scheme is limited to 125 members of the staff on a first
come first serve basis.
The Elite medical discount card is a new concept of a “Medical Discount Card” which provides a very

laboratories in 500 cities across India. The card is not an insurance scheme and hence people of all ages
or suffering from any type of disease can become members of this scheme. The card only facilitates the
individual to get discounts on medical expenses of any type incurred within the affiliated network
hospitals in India. The card members can also avail discounts from various labs for just doing a normal
annual medical check up for their own satisfaction.
If you would like to become a member of this unique scheme all you have to do is to visit INDIAN
DENTIST ASSOCIATION web site (www.idakuwait.org) and click on the Elite Discount banner. The
banner will take you to the web site of the “Elite Discount card” (www.elitediscountcards.com) . Please
register your name with civil ID and mobile no. and enter the names of three of your relatives in India
(preferably senior citizens who are currently taking some sort of medical treatments) together with their
Indian mobile no’s. In case of any difficulty please call the mobile no’s shown on the flyer.
Elite discount cards will forward you within 72 hours of your applying an e-card with your membership
no. This e-card can be utilized immediately and within 2 weeks Elite discount cards will send you the
physical cards for all the members to your Indian address.
The India office of Elite Discount card will be in telephonic touch with your family members to help
them make appointments with the doctors of their choice and also help them to avail the discounts
offered by the various medical providers if they are part of the affiliated network.
