10:45 Go to media and get equipment needed to
record voice overs
10:50 Set up equipment in radio studio
10:55 Meet students at radio studio to record
voice overs
11:10 Return equipment to media
11:15– 1:30 BREAK
1:40 Come to media, get equipment needed
1:50 Go to radio studio and set up equipment
2:05 Run through script
2:10 Record the sixth form voice overs
2:40 Return to media and upload audio to
computer
3:20 Go to school gates to record audio of
students leaving school
3:30 Go to school field to record audio of
rounder’s team cheering etc.
3:45 Return equipment to media
