For over 16 years, I have been an all-round L&D professional, having led the L&D function within multiple organizations in BPO, KPO, Sales and ICT space. I have managed end-to-end L&D interventions, developed content for ILT and elearning mediums, and facilitated over 750 behavioral skills workshops across diverse set of audiences ranging from front-line executives to senior leaders. At present, I work as L&D Consultant, Behavioral trainer, Instructional Designer and Content Developer to multiple corporates and social institutions, helping them drive performance through their people.
