20. Project Payroll/ Pre-screening Services What is the relationship between YOU and Perennial? We assume the employer’s responsibility for YOUR chosen workforce. As the employer, we provide workers compensation insurance, payroll, and administrates all legal and regulatory issues related to the employees. YOU remain in control of how YOU direct YOUR employees to maintain daily operations. The fee to us for services rendered is built into the reduced labor burden rate quoted to YOU by us. 21. Project Payroll/ Pre-screening Services How is the program set up and maintained? The program is easy to set up. Employees are asked to fill out our applications, I-9’s, and W-4’s. They are instructed in detail as to the nature of their employment to avoid confusion and employee apprehension. YOU forward us the weekly time sheets for each payrolled employee. We will generate payroll every pay period for the employees. An invoice for the gross payroll plus labor burden will be generated. Payroll checks are processed by our bank and are delivered in the manner client chooses. We have several pay options for each employee: Direct Deposit, Pay Card (like a debit card) or Regular Check.
