O We use computers
a lot! But do we
know what happens
if we use them too
much?
O We start to have
poor posture,
which is slouching
or getting too close
to the screen. This
can hurt many
parts of our
bodies:
Our eyes….
Our backs
Our hands
And our
bodies….

3. Time Limits!!
O We all love games such as funbrain.com
but we know that we have to get up and
do things to stay healthy.
O If we use 60 minutes of computer time
each day how long is that in hours?
O 1 hour! Great thinking!
O If you use 30 minutes of internet before
dinner, take a break and use the other 30
minutes after dinner.
O No more than 30 minutes at a time!

4. Activity time!
O You will need a piece of paper and a
pencil. Label the paper 1, 2 and 3 down
the side.
O For each picture shown you will need to
look at it and decide if the picture is
moving or is still.
O If it is moving….how fast is it moving?
