9. Első mesterséges intelligencia: 1966!
Eliza
Joseph Weizenbaum, 1966-ban
tervezte az MIT-n.
Nevét a szegény családból származó

Speaker Notes: <Transition Slide> The most simplest form of user interaction is conversation and we practice this every day.
Speaker Notes: <Transition Slide> that highlights "most natural". This indicates that chatbots are more natural to users than any other interface built in client-server, web or mobile app
Speaker Notes: Can you imagine how the holding pattern that we know from call centers revolutionized business when first introduced. Unfortunately this hold-the-line type of experience is no longer acceptable as you can imagine how this user experience could be easily improved with mobile techniques.
Speaker Notes: Just use the color boxes as bullet points
Speaker Notes:
"A mother has personally thanked Apple after voice-activated assistant app Siri helped save the life of her baby girl. Stacey Gleeson, from Cairns in Australia, saw her one-year-old daughter, Giana, turn blue on a baby monitor and rushed to try and clear her airways. She dropped her iPhone while hurrying to perform CPR on the child, but remembered the device's voice response capabilities. Stacey shouted "Hey Siri, call an ambulance" across Giana's bedroom and the app complied by alerting the emergency services, allowing the mother to focus on reviving her child. She was then able to successfully communicate the family's address on speakerphone before paramedics arrived. Giana had been suffering from severe bronchiolitis and a chest infection before she stopped breathing. The incident occurred in early March but has only now come to public attention, after Ms Gleeson sent a letter of thanks to Apple."

Spealer Notes: A dialog flow orchestrates the order in which conversation happens. Each interaction in a conversation is called a state. You can imagine states as bus stops in a public transportation commute. Like bus stops that are visited in a pre-designed order, you can always exit the bus on one of them to take a different route (its unusual in public transportation that a bus takes you from door-to-door (and if so then you are lucky). A state however does more than a bus stop in that it executes logic. The logic executed in a state may be as simple as saving values to a variable or complex as to execute custom logic that may fetch data from remote services or invoke an action on a remote system. Each state further determines the next state the bot continues with, which can be sequentially next state, or a state later in the conversation. In the latter case you may even skip some states the conversation flow designer had created for a task.
