I work as a bioinformatician in Genomnia srl, a company offering deep sequencing and bioinformatic services, as well as collaborations with private and public institutions, covering genomics, transcriptomics and epigenetics projects. My main activities include small RNA analyses, exome sequencing, methylation and whole transcriptome analyses. Previously, I worked as a computational biologist in the italian Agricultural Research Council, where I studied microRNAs and gene regulatory networks.
