“la Caixa” aims to contribute in the development of the entrepreneurial iniciative in
Spain.
 Through EmprendedorXXI program and together with over 40 public and private
companies, we identify, recognise and reward innovative companies in their early
stages.
 Through Caixa Capital Risc, our Venture Capital department, we manage over €73M
to invest in innovative companies in order to follow them as financial shareholders
during their growth.
Since 2004 more than 300 companies with high growth potential have been supported in
its development.

3. EmprendedorXXI
Entrepreneurship program to promote the restless spirit, the company creation and the
innovation in Spain.
 Through the EmprendedorXXI Award we identify, recognise and follow on with learning
programs more than 35 spanish companies every year.
 Through entrepreneurship programs related with the fields of life science, clean
technologies and digital technologies it has helped to promote 20 companies in emerging
sectors.

We manage a total capital of €73M though three investment funds; Caixa Capital TIC (€20M), Caixa
