As soon as you register yourself for Empxtrack free trail, you will receive a Welcome Email on your registered
email id.
In the email, click on Verify Now button to complete verification and continue using free trial.

Complete the registration process by selecting your time zone, currency and date format from their respective
dropdowns on the confirmation page that appears.
Select preferred modules in the Empxtrack free trial according to your requirements and then click on Proceed to
continue creating your tenant.
Click on Continue To Login to log in the application.
NOTE: The free trial will proceed on the modules that you have selected.
You can login as the Administrator any time by clicking on the Click to Login link (post verification). You can also use
login credentials shared in the Welcome email to login anytime later.
Exploring Users
You have now successfully logged in to the application.
The application is configured with pre-set data and multiple user roles that are visible on that Welcome page.
There are multiple callouts on each page to help you understand Empxtrack better.
Click on Login link to try an employee role functionality.

Note: We would be trying most of the functionality with 3 employees. They are available in the demo. You can
switch users anytime by clicking on the Switch User dropdown given on the top.

Login as an Employee
Login as Janet to try the application as an Employee.
The My Portal tab of the Home page that appears, displays the important messages for you by your Managers and
Subordinates.
Click on My Profile tab to view your personal data and how you can use Empxtrack as an Employee.
You can go back to the Admin Panel by clicking on Switch User dropdown that appears on the top of the page.

Explore My Profile
My Personal Profile page that allows you to edit your personal, employment, contact, qualifications, and other
such details by clicking Edit button appearing in their respective sections.
My Career Profile page that allows you to view and edit your employment, hobbies, appraisal, goal sheet,
experience and other such details.
My Salary Details, My Leave, My Attendance, My Travel & Expenses, My Timesheet, and My Performance pages
that allow you to view salary details and manage leave, attendance, travel expenses, timesheet, goal sheet and
appraisal tasks respectively.

In My Profile tab , you will find:
Login as Manager
Login as John Steel (Janet’s Manager).
Notice the Manage tab is added as an additional tab for Managers.
In Manage tab, My Team page allows you to view all your subordinates. You can Select Role & Filter Employees by clicking
on the icon given on the top right corner.
You can perform actions by moving your mouse on the associated action button and then selecting the appropriate choice.
Manager Services page allows you to manage your subordinates’ Leave, Manage Requests, Timesheet, Travel & Expense
and Employee Exit information.
Performance Management page allows you to manage Goal Sheets and Appraisals of subordinates.

Login as Terri (HR Manager).
Notice the Settings tab now, it has many setting options to configure the entire application depending upon
specific needs of your company.
Click on any of the modules links to configure it. Further, Manage section gives you more options such as Edit
Employee Data, Add New Employee, etc.
