This recipe calls for 500g of lentils, potatoes, chorizo, carrots, onions, garlic, olive oil, salt, and 2L of water. The ingredients are chopped and sautéed in olive oil before adding the water, lentils, and salt to the pot and bringing it to a boil over maximum heat. Once boiling, the heat is reduced and the lentils are simmered.

2.  500 gr Lentils

3. 1) Then we chop the onion carrot and
garlic and add it to the pot.
