The project situation / challenge
Mayah was a Personal Assistant looking to transition into a Project Management role. Mayah wanted
to avoid an administrative role, and focus more on securing a senior support or management role. She
had had only just started her diploma (Completed 3 subjects) and came to me confused about how
to focus on her course without diluting her experience.
