32. In addition to these issues , the measurement node is equipped with an optical probe that can read simultaneously impulsive indicator measurement of the
counter with a precision of ± 4ms . This reading allows to know the actual energy tax invoiced by the counter of the network operator .
Measuring the period between pulses , the measurement node detect the instantaneous power , counting the pulses measured on a time interval of 36 seconds
and multiplying the result by 100 , the node deduces the energy consumed by the user . The parameters read are sent via GFSK transceiver , which operates in
the ISM band at 433 MHz ,to the communication node . The node consists of a transceiver coupled to a microscopic stage router connected to an ADSL line
owned by the user that sends to an outside server the parameters read every 36 seconds. The read data then becomes accessible to the user through the web
platform SmartPLC.it along with useful statistical information on consumption ,and the related costs and quality of electricity supply .
SmartPower belongs to the family of SmartMeater that is based on an innovative control system of

34. The SmartSun is the first complete solution for monitoring photo voltaic device that uses a PLC (Programmable Logic
Controller) instead of a conventional data logger in respect of which offers several advantages summarized as follows :
the monitoring device is equipped with its own system memory, programmable by the user, who is able to decide
