Back End Access to Instructions

1. Welcome to TakeOutTonight.com. The first step in accessing your restaurants admin panel is to sign up. This is critical because the email address that you have provided us with associates you with your restaurant.

2. Once you have signed up and logged in you will have access to all of your account information. In order to access your restaurants admin panel you will need to click on the link My Restaurants

3. Here you will see your access to your restaurants admin panel please note if you have more than 1 restaurant, these restaurants will appear here also. You will notice links to the right of your listing. Here you will be able to add coupons, edit menu items, change some of your account info and add and view subscribers of your restaurant.

4. Creating Coupons In order to edit and add coupons you will need to first click the coupons link in your admin panel. Once you have clicked it you will be brought to the above screen. In order to post a coupon you must click Create New

5. The coupon interface is really simple to use. You will be asked to Name the Coupon Offer Terms Begin Date End Date Once all the fields have been filled out you will need to click create.

6. Once you have clicked create you will notice that the coupon has been created. In order to see your coupon go to your listing on TakeOutTonight.com.

7. You will notice on your listing a coupons icon. Click this icon and you will find the coupon you just created.

8. If you notice misspellings or anything wrong you can always go back and edit the coupon or delete it and start from scratch..

9. Editting Menus & Menu Items In order to edit your menus simply click menus. Please be very careful when editing menus and menu items. Once you have reached the above screen click the link underneath sections in order to begin editing.

10. Here you will have access to all your menu items etc. In order to edit any of the sections simply click edit.

11. Sequence: means in which order you would like the items to display. Name: is the name of the menu item Description: self explanatory Price: self explanatory Always click update when you are through editting.

12. Editting your account info Editing your listing is very easy but please be careful all changes are permanent.

13. Edit you hours of operation. Edit your description. Let them know if you offer delivery. Always click update when your changes has been made.

14. In order to add or view your current subscribers simply click the subscribers link.

15. Adding subscribers is super simple. Simply place there email address in the white box and click add’em. Whenever a coupon or a special is posted your subscriber list will be notified.
