4. Microsoft Office 365 in Business
Pros
1. Adding more power - Using office on devices you use most - personal
computers, laptops or mobile phones
2. Email and calendars easily accessible - With a business email and shared
calendars, everyone can read and respond to email messages at their desk
or on the run
3. Conferences - Holding scheduled meetings online? You can do so with
Multi-Party HD video conferencing and note taking. It is easy to connect
immediately once you have an account or create an account if you don't
have one.
Cons
1. A 1 month free trial for at home usage
2. Each household can access the newest version of Word, Excel and
PowerPoint on 5 PCs and Macs and 5 Mobile Phones
3. Compatible only with desktops and laptops equipped with Windows 7,
Windows 8 or Mac OS X 10.6

8. Audio and Video conferencing tool:
PROS:
It’s browser-based (access for everyone) .
It is very easy to use.
Voice and Audio quality are really great.
It is also FREE!
The YouTube integration makes it very fun to use.
CONS:
You need an invitation to start using this tool.
Conversations aren’t completely private since anyone can be invited.
You can’t kick people out of a conversation.
Might need to update the plugins and restart the browser before
installing/using Google + Hangouts.
