Supporting businesses
The Company has calculated retrofit and capital equipment needs for these facilities at $8 Million
per facility. Plans include construction of these facilities, utilizing abandoned factories and
government facilities where new market tax incentives and grants may be used to offset costs.
In accordance with the AMC processing capabilities, the Company foresees expansion of
industrial parks where supporting businesses and Tier 1 component suppliers locate their
facilities in these parks. AMC will sublease land and provide utilities for partner companies.
“Partner companies” will recognize added value in heat, power, and waste treatment capabilities
of AMC‟s, thus creating avenues to recoup initial investment.

27. Phase 1
Mandalei will initially focus on proven low technology items to produce
for retail and private branding distribution. Our product line will consist
of: bamboo poles (decorative and industrial), candles, curtain rods, bio
char, and other simple durable goods that are easy to scale and mass
produce.
These goods represent products that are currently not imported from
China, or are imported at extremely low quality. Bamboo has a very
eco-conscious following and the Company anticipates the rapid growth
of MADE IN USA bamboo products as we capitalize on transparency in
the supply chain and domestically-sourced bamboo.

45. International
There have been several successes in the emerging markets,
including the Mekong Project in Vietnam and various projects in
Ghana by the International Finance Corporation, Asian
Development Bank, and prosperity organization.
Mandalei will focus on emerging market countries offering locally
grown and manufactured “quality of life” products. Basic, needfulfilling products are now affordable to the masses whereas
previously, products had to absorb transportation costs as cost of
goods sold, thereby making them available only to a limited
population. Mandalei is working with various international
governments and NGO‟s in micro financing these products for
distribution. Loans to the population using land as collateral will
facilitate purchase of products including:
Water purification (reverse osmosis desalination)
Biochar
Wind turbine blades
Modular Housing
Flood zone housing
Marketplace buildings
School buildings
Commercial lumber

Mandalei has created the “Level-Up” program built on well documented, viable business models
supporting poverty eradication and affordability of “quality of life” products. In-country agriculture
and manufacturing will localize supply chains and establish the standard of environmentally
responsible commerce.
Our phase 1 model provides jobs, education, and establishes new markets, coupled with
environmental benefits of soil replenishment, carbon sinks, prevention of soil erosion, and water
purification. This will begin a biomaterials industry that expands on profit lines, independent from
continued grants, or nonprofit assistance. Sustainable materials, sustainable business model.

47. Education
Mandalei has developed agricultural, sustainability, business, English,
and manufacturing curriculums in cooperation with Magna Carta
College, Oxford U.K. accredited by: University of Wales, Association of
Business Executives (ABE) Association of Business Practitioners
(ABP) and the European Foundation for Management Development
(EFMD).
During phase 1 production, focusing on existing bamboo groves, we
prepare for „Level Up‟. This includes:
Vocational training for community leaders.
Jobs for the local labor force; low and unskilled jobs during
Phase I; mid-level skilled jobs during Phase I; management and
skilled technical jobs during Phase II and Phase III.
Educate a workforce in the Biomaterials Industry and connected
disciplines.
Educate the population in English, and general education
disciplines.
Establish new growth bamboo plantations to promote use of nonarable lands to manufacture advanced bamboo products such as
bio plastics, polymers, and composites.
Construct Autonomous Manufacturing Centers and Green
industrial Parks to achieve self-sustaining phase 1 industry and
transfer of all applicable technologies to establish local factory
owners and local mass-produced products.
