Key Personnel
Troy A. Johnson, P.E., MBA - President and General Manager
Troy A. Johnson has more than 20 years of experience in technical and engineering consulting and 10 years
of experience in executive management. He has worked as an engineer and executive in a wide range of
industries, including energy, water and wastewater, refining, and chemical.
David K. Johnston, P.E. - Vice President and Engineering Manager
David K. Johnston has more than 28 years of experience in engineering and operations in the oil and
gas industry. He served as the Eni Petroleum Facilities Engineer Manager for the Nikaitchuq Development
Project, where he led a 350-member team to engineer and design the facilities and infrastructure on the
North Slope.
George Pollock, PMP - Project Services Manager
George Pollock has more than 18 years of experience in project and construction management for oil and
gas and federal clients. He has a significant background in regulations and permitting for the oil and gas
industry.
Yelena Lobanova, P.E. - Mechanical Lead
Yelena Lobanova has more than 14 years of experience in project and mechanical engineering for various
industries, including energy and oil and gas. She has successfully executed schedule-driven projects in the
Greater Prudhoe Bay oil field, as well as energy systems in rural Alaska.
Zach Zaletel, P.E. - Process Lead
Zach Zaletel has more than 8 years of experience in process and environmental engineering. He has worked
on modeling, facility specifications, layout, and risk assessment for the Alaska Stand Alone Pipeline project,
North Slope production facilities, and Cook Inlet gas production facilities.
