2. INGREDIENTS
•1 skin of lemon.
•2 eggs.
•170g of milk.
•170g of sunflower
oil.
•270g of flour.
•1 sachet of yeast.
•200g of sugar.

3. Put the sugar in a bowl and pulverize it
for 20 seconds/ speed 5-10

4. Add the skin of the lemon and pulverize it
for 20 seconds/ speed 5-10

5. Mix the eggs and stir 2 for
minutes/37ºC/speed 5

6. Put the milk and the oil in a glass. Stir for 10
seconds/ speed 5

7. Add the flour and the sachet of yeast. Stir
for 10 seconds/ speed 3

8. Put the mass in a mold.

9. Preheat the oven at 180ºC. Sprinkle the
sugar and put the mold in the oven.
