15. How does it work?
We present your holiday home offers in 3 languages:
Dutch, German and English.
For renting out your holiday home, we ask a commission
over the net rental value. This commission is only charged
if we actually make a reservation for you. Additional costs
such as cleaning and energy do not get charged in the
commission.

Since we started using the website, the cooperation with the website and us has
worked for us. The website is easy to use and generates great occupation for us in all
seasons.
I have always had the feeling that the confidence that I had in the people of
Eurocottage has been reciprocal and that the interests of our company was taken along
as well. This is a strong point of Eurocottage. We are a small bungalow resort and after
the first season cooperating with Eurocottage, we cancelled our subscription with the
Tourist Board along with other portals because we had enough occupancy. This way we
saved on agency fees as well as on mandatory ads.
