consulting. Throughout his career, Eval has been exposed to projects such as: Corporate Culture/Value
Transformation, Strategic and Performance Management, Knowledge Management and Leadership
Development Training.
Eval as Managing Partner Leadership Resources Indonesia. Previously, Eval worked as Director of
Human Capital of Priangan Investindo Group, as a Facilitator/Consultant at FranklinCovey Indonesia
(Dunamis) and as a Learning & Development Manager at Sinarmas Group, He worked at Permodalan
Nasional Madani (PNM) as Business Advisory Consultant and Marketing Research Indonesia (MRI) as
Statistician.
As a Consultant, he with the team has helped many clients, such as Strategic Management Workshop
for Garuda Indonesia, Bank Mandiri, Astra International, Corporate Culture Consulting in Bank
Danamon, Bank DKI, Astra Credit Companies, Total Indonesie and Knowledge Management Assessment
for Medco E&P and Pertamina. As a Trainer, he facilitates Leadership, Motivation and Productivity
Training for many companies such as Citibank, PwC, Allianz, Arutmin Indonesia, Bank BCA, Bank BNI,
Bank BTPN, Kraft Food Indonesia, Tenaris, XL Axiata, etc.
