A strategy is a plan or series of maneuvers designed to achieve a specific goal. It requires having a clear desired end result, the ability to develop a plan, sufficient resources to execute maneuvers, and a willingness to enact change. Simply having a strategy map is not the same as having an actual strategy, which must be implemented through action to achieve its intended outcome.
