Umpan balik ini dapat digunakan oleh guru dan kepala sekolah untuk mengembangkan kompetensi dan meningkatkan profesionalisme mereka. Peningkatan motivasi dan kepuasan kerja Pengelolaan kinerja yang efektif dapat memberikan penghargaan kepada guru dan kepala sekolah yang berprestasi. Penghargaan ini dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan kepuasan kerja guru dan kepala sekolah. Peningkatan peluang karier Pengelolaan kinerja yang efektif dapat digunakan untuk menilai kinerja guru dan kepala sekolah dalam rangka pengembangan karier mereka. Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan kinerja guru dan kepala sekolah merupakan hal yang penting untuk dilakukan. Pemerintah, dinas pendidikan, satuan pendidikan, dan guru serta kepala sekolah sendiri perlu bersinergi untuk mewujudkan pengelolaan kinerja yang efektif. Memfasilitasi guru dan kepala sekolah melakukan pengembangan kompetensi dan peningkatan secara berkelanjutan artinya Memfasilitasi guru dan kepala sekolah melakukan pengembangan kompetensi dan peningkatan secara berkelanjutan artinya memberikan dukungan dan kemudahan kepada guru dan kepala sekolah untuk mengembangkan kompetensi mereka. Dukungan dan kemudahan tersebut dapat berupa: Pemberian pelatihan dan pengembangan profesional Pembentukan forum diskusi dan kolaborasi Pemberian dukungan dan motivasi Pemberian pelatihan dan pengembangan profesional merupakan salah satu cara yang paling efektif
