the Difficult Run Watershed. The project improvement is located adjacent to 1300 Newkirk CT, Vienna, VA 22182
The project involved the installation of a forebay to ease future maintenance, construction of gravel access road, replacement of
head wall and BMP trash rack, stabilization of outfall channel with steps. The improvement stabilizes the existing channel and
prevents/minimizes future erosion of the channel bed and banks reducing downstream sedimentation.
