Land Acquisition Process
• Will occur after Pre-Final Design.
• Plats will be prepared showing easements
and/or right-of-way needed.
• Land Acquisition Agent will contact
property owners to negotiate.

• We will coordinate with
property owners well in
advance of construction
start.
• Fences may be temporarily
removed & replaced.
