4. What Is Business Communication?
 In a easy way, we can say that Business Communication
includes all departments , staff, clients, and people involved
are aware of what is going on and there is no confusion.
 On The Hand We can say that Communication is one of the
most important factors in any organization or relationship.
Without communication, things do not work properly and
can be mixed up.
 When you can communicate properly in a business then
things run smoothly and there is no confusion. Today,
technology has allowed for many outlets and highways of
communication to take place through the use of cell phones,
pagers, email, and even holding old fashioned meetings.

 There are many benefits of effective communication
at the workplace. If a leader is able to express his or
her ideas clearly, team members will know what is
expected of them and consequently will perform at
their jobs. Clear communication at the workplace
ensures that team members and leaders understand

 A " communication barrier" or "a barrier to
communication" is anything that interferes with the
transfer of intended information from a sender to a
receiver. This can include anything from static on a
radio, preventing the listener from hearing the
program, to a third party interfering in a conversation
between two people.
