To create versions, I do save as MyDoc V1, MyDoc V2, V3 and … Vn Turn on versioning in a document library or list and let SharePoint create versions every time someone makes a change 3 Who changed my critical documents? Review the Last Modified and Last Modified by columns for document(s) in a view 4 I saved my document to folder-A and after server migration I can’t find it? Use SharePoint Search to locate it. Setup Document ID feature and find document by Doc ID 5 One of my department user modified the policy document. He didn’t sent it to me for approval!
