- I would like to starting off by extending a warm welcome, and more importantly, by saying Thank You. We value the time and trust you have invested in us, and by the time I’m done, you will be just as excited as I am. We have some wonderful services in our portfolio, and I’d like to talk about them with you. I’m going to start off a little unconventionally, and I think it’s important to talk about the origins of our philosophy in order for you to understand us better. And it all starts with a glass of water.
- Half a glass of water. There’s a highly influential and inspirational story behind this little glass, and I’d like to run it by you. This is a story passed on to us by one of our founders, and for simplicity’s sake, I am going to narrate it on his behalf:Gave dad glass and asked him if it was half empty or half full. He drank the water, but he didn’t answer me. I could tell from his eyes that he was annoyed. He turned and looked at me, and very seriously he said, Go get me another glass, this one’s empty. So I did. And after he finished his second glass, he said to me...Son, it doesn’t matter if it’s half empty or half full. What matters is whether it serves it’s purpose. If I asked for half a glass, then it served its purpose. But I wanted a full glass. And so it didn’t, and I had to get another glass. I realized three things at that point.You can never a philosophical argument with an engineer.The question had changed even before I had asked the answer.I figured out what had changed the question.
- Change. Change was responsible.Change is the one thing that is consistently constant.They say that necessity is the mother of invention.We believe that change Is the mother of innovation.
- Change is the governing entity, the one phenomenon that causes the thin line between…

- And all of it made sense to us. And it led us to one simple idea, that change can be embraced. Why adapt, when you can embrace it?What’s the difference you might ask? The end result might still be the same, one can argue.It isn’t. You embrace through choice. You adapt through necessity.
- We grabbed the idea and held on to it. It was beautifully simple, and it made a lot of sense to us.The recession had hit the economy. And it was terrible. Companies were struggling to cut costs, layoffs were everywhere, people were losing jobs, families were losing homes and livelihoods. But most of all, they were losing hope, and it was horrible. We were a bunch of people from top management, pharmaceutical consultancy and software development. And we were very very good at what we did. We wanted to make a change, a difference. We knew we had to start small, and to invest in an area that could exploit our skills collectively. So we invested all our faith in the idea. The idea was to offer our services to the small and medium sized pharma and life sciences companies that were hit by the recession. We knew there that this idea was practical and feasible. We knew that we could pull it off.
- We knew that there was light at the end of the tunnel. We were right. There was….This is our story..

- Now that you know how we came to me, I’d to to fill you in on where we are today.We help small and medium sized companies both directly and indirectly involved in Life Sciences. We believe in the same philosophy that you do: to make lives better, healthier and more prosperous.What started as a idea between a handful of people, has now beautifully grown to 200 in size. And it’s growing by the day, and we hope to get even bigger and better.And because of our huge obsession with quality, about 75% of those wonderful people dedicate themselves to quality.
