Todd Spradlin
Todd Spradlin, co-founder and co-creator of M-TRAIN, is a firm believer thatFind Best Gym in
Traverse City shouldn't be a luxury; it should be a health care incentive. His diverse experience in
everything fromfitforyou.info-personal training to serving as the road manager for a band has
enabled him to not only conceptualize the M-TRAIN app. and workouts, but also to handle the
business operations as well. Upon conceiving and developing the app., Todd sought out two fitness
2. professionals, Kristin Anderson and Brian Abercrombie, who would help to execute his vision by
bringing their years of experience and knowledge to M-TRAIN. Through M-TRAIN, Todd hopes to
introducefitforyou.info-traverse city gym to those who might not otherwise be able to afford the
luxury of having their own personal trainer.
Kristin Anderson
By practicing a wide range of off-ice training methods including ballet, pilates and track field, former
professional figure skater Kristin Anderson, discovered that performing a diverse training regime
leads to a more well-rounded athlete. Kristin's philosophy is simple; mixing various modes of training
in a week provides the most efficient, effective and exciting way to train. She used her mixed method
approach in her San Francisco and Los Angeles pilates studios and has carried her training
philosophy over to her fitness company, The Daily Trainer(TM).
With eighteen years in the field, her passion for fitness ranges from developing and directing
exercise programs for both men and women with a wide range of skill-set to keeping her Hollywood
entertainment clientele in fantastic shape. Kristin knows what it takes to stay fit while managing a
busy life. M-TRAIN is the most convenient and guided way for both men and women, regardless of
their fitness level, to get a workout that is just as satisfying and results-oriented as you would from
an in-person session with Kristin Anderson.
Brian Abercrombie
Brian Abercrombie's career in athletics started at a very early age. At ten, he split his time between
Downhill Skiing and Gymnastics, eventually becoming a junior ski racer and working with
gymnastics coaches in a bid to qualify for the Olympics. Brian's career in training began in 1985. In
1997 he began working with amateur and professional athletes, in particular a stable of professional
fighters. Finding their workout methods and beliefs arcane and out of date, he began a campaign to
build a more efficient and superior method of training and the seeds of P.A.S.E were planted. To
date, he has worked on studying and developing programs combining power, agility, strength and
endurance to build better overall athletes and also applying it to help athletes perform at a higher
level in their specific sport or endeavor.
