CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:

March 2008 – June 2008 – Chief Operating Officer – Lasair Capital, New York Fund of Hedge Funds
Performed all COO functions for a start-up business and launched a fund under a very rigorous timeframe

• Responsibilities included: legal, compliance, operations, accounting, technology, managing service providers,
  operational due diligence, human resources, insurance, facilities and benefits

April 2006 – February 2008 – Managing Director, Head of Global Operations – Highbridge Capital, New York
Multi-Strategy hedge fund with approx $30 billion assets under management. Built the operational infrastructure
as assets under management tripled

•    Recruited 30-40 operations managers and staff (includes additions and replacements)
•    Designed a process for launching new firm initiatives (new funds, SICAV’s, managed accounts)
•    Implemented controls and procedures throughout operations
•    Developed a middle office group located on or near trading desks
•    Implemented various vendor products to enhance operations
