Aluminium is a chemical element. It is a
silvery-white, soft,
nonmagnetic, ductile metal. Aluminium is
remarkable for the metal's low density and
for its ability to resist corrosion due to the
phenomenon of passivation.
Advantages of aluminium:
- Combined with an appropriate alloy ensures steel durability.
- Aluminium structures have considerable insulation
properties securing from air and light activity.
- Such structures are light.
- Has a natural anti-corrosion layer which efficiently protects
from environmental influences.
- Requires little energy required in the processing process.
- A resource is 100% recyclable.
Disadvantages of aluminium:
- Considerably more expensive than steel
- Abrasive to tooling (aluminum oxide)
- Difficult to weld.
- Has higher spring back - undesirable in forming.

Painting is the practice of
applying paint, pigment, or colour to
a surface (support base). The
medium is commonly applied to the
base with a brush but other
implements, such as knives,
sponges, andairbrushes, can be
used.
Advantages of painting:
Keeps Dust, Dirt to a Minimum – keeping
interior walls, trim and other surfaces
painted can keep dust and dirt at bay.
Hides Permanent Marks and Stains -
Painting wall will help to cover permanent
marks or stains that have proven difficult to
remove.
Protects Surfaces - Painting wall will help
these areas hold up under normal wear and
tear, and protect the wall from damaging
effects of water.
Come at fairly low cost - Paint can come
at a fairly low cost and is normally fairly
easy to accomplish.
Ease of cleaning - A good paint should be
easy to remove when required.
