2. Overview of event
This event will be held on Super Bowl Sunday
and will become an annual event.
This year it will take place on February 5th
Proceeds raised will be donated to Thurston
High School to be used for the student
programs and technology
The event will take place at Thurston High
School and will include food, non alcoholic
drinks and viewing of the game.
This will be in partnership with the United Way
3. Sponsor
Thisevent will feature the United Way as
the sponsor for this event.
We believe that this organization offers a
chance to help those in the community
and is a great partner for this event.
We hope this will attract people to
support this event.
4. Location
This event will be help at Thurston High
School
Rental of the Auditorium, Auditorium
entrance, concession stand and parking
will allow for the party.
The Auditorium can hold around 700
people but ticket sales will be limited to
500 so that people came move around
and enjoy the space
5. Catering
Food will be included in the cost of the
ticket in order to streamline the costs and
money management.
Catering will be done by Pot Belly
Sandwich works.
Each person will get a sandwich, salad,
chips, cookie and unlimited drinks
Tickets will be given out to make sure
everyone gets their food
6. Logistics
The game will be shown live in the
Auditorium on the big screen over the
stage
Additional viewing will take place in the
entrance area on the TV out there
No food or drink can be taken inside so
tables and chairs will be set up in this
area.
7. Costs
Facility Rental
Rental costs will be planned at $2500 for the
event. At 500 people that means the cost per
person is $5.
Food costs
$8.50 per person for the food and $0.50 per
drink (assuming 4 per person)
Total cost for food/drink will be $10.50 per
person
Overhead costs (such as unexpected things)
will be $2.00 per person

When going into Marketing there are

There is the creative standpoint which deals
with making and creating the ads
There is the account management side
which involves decisions and planning on
where/how to advertise.
Thisarea also is involved in Marketing Events-
