  • 4. l © Computacenter 20174 Day 1 Day 2 Jason or Jason’s manager submits an internal request for a customer specific security clearance Request is received and checked by the Computacenter Personal Screening Team There is incorrect / missing data on the request. The request is rejected by the Computacenter Personal Screening Team. Jason or Jason’s manager submits a NEW internal request for a customer specific security clearance Request is received and checked by the Computacenter Personal Screening Team As all of the required information is available and correct the Computacenter Personal Screening Team print a copy of the customer specific screening document and send via Royal Mail (recorded delivery) to the applicant
  • 5. l © Computacenter 20175 Day 5 Day 10 Applicant or applicants manager chases CC Personal Screening Team for update as documents not received CC Personal Screening Team requests recorded delivery reference number and chases Post Office CC Personal Screening Team send new set of customer specific documents to alternative address via recorded delivery Candidate confirms receipt of document Candidate is chased to complete document
  • 6. l © Computacenter 20176 Day 15 Day 21 Candidate returns documents to Computacenter Personal Screening Team Day 16 Documents are checked and verified by the Computacenter Personal Screening Team Documents are missing information. Candidate is contacted via email / telephone and information is requested Candidate sends required information which is checked and verified by the Computacenter Personal Screening Team Candidate is chased for missing information Day 25

Candidate submits a NEW internal request for a customer specific security clearance Request is received and checked by the Computacenter Personal Screening Team As all of the required information is available information is transferred immediately into PDC and a link is sent to the candidate

The request is rejected by the Computacenter Personal Screening Team. Request is returned to the candidate Candidate completes application in PDC and submits to Computacenter Personal Screening Team Request is received and checked by the Computacenter Personal Screening Team. Supplied information is validated and application is pushed into PASS for verification CRB & Employment referencing is sent via PASS to required authorities / destinations. All other checks are requested on line

Candidate has completed clearance. Candidate is informed. Candidate is cleared to work on customer assignment CRB is returned. Pass is updated Day 11
